Operating system: windows
Slicer version: 4.11
Expected behavior:
Actual behavior: Anyone knows how to calculate the Bq/ml using a 3D Slicer? Just now only can calculate SUV max, SUV min, SUV mean.
@pieper as far as I remember, you have been working on PET related features recently. Do you have any suggestion for this?
If you have the PET-related extensions installed and the plugins are enabled, Slicer will apply the SUVbw by default. But if you turn on Advanced mode you can select your desired interpretation after running the Examine step. Then loading the scalar volume option on the attenuation corrected series should give you the Bq/ml volume (I’ve never used those raw values so let us know if they don’t load correctly for you - they do look correct to me).
yah… but the some extension that you screenshot like DICOMscalarvolume, MutivolumeImporter is not in Extensions Manager
Those are built-ins and don’t need to be installed via the extension manager.
