How to download offline zip install file of LanguagePacks? Because I can’t search out or find it in 3DSlicer 4.11 extension manager.

slicer version：4.11

I think language packs is available only for 5.0 release. Did you check the latest stable?

I have checked that language packs come with version 4.13.
