Could you please try loading with DWI plugin disabled?
How to disable DWI plugin:
- check the “Advanced” checkbox in the lower right corner of DICOM browser
- uncheck “DICOMDiffusionVolumePlugin” at the left side of the window
- uncheck the “Advanced” checkbox
