How to Import cine-MRI Images

Hi all,

I’m new to 3D Slicer. I’ve worked with CT images before, but I downloaded some datasets from The Cardiac Atlas Project (i.e. Sunnybrook Cardiac Data) and the data appear to be from cine-MRI.

When I tried to import them into 3D Slicer, it was distorted and incorrect.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the file structure. I’m really not familiar AT ALL with cine-MRI data, so I might just be uploading the wrong folder.

Any help would be appreciated.
