Hello! is there an automatic or simple way to measure the area visceral and subcutaneous fat on a single CT slice? I am able to calculate the volume of fat on all slices of an exam, but can´t seem to find a way to select a single slice and have the area of visceral or subcutaneous fat. Can anyone help? AS done in this research paper: https://www.researchgate.net/journal/Journal-of-Clinical-Medicine-JCM-2077-0383/publication/394765900_Opportunistic_Detection_of_Chronic_Kidney_Disease_Using_CT-Based_Measurements_of_Kidney_Volume_and_Perirenal_Fat/links/68afa9d16327cf7b63d9d271/Opportunistic-Detection-of-Chronic-Kidney-Disease-Using-CT-Based-Measurements-of-Kidney-Volume-and-Perirenal-Fat.pdf?_tp=eyJjb250ZXh0Ijp7ImZpcnN0UGFnZSI6Il9kaXJlY3QiLCJwYWdlIjoicHVibGljYXRpb25Eb3dubG9hZCIsInByZXZpb3VzUGFnZSI6InB1YmxpY2F0aW9uIn19
If a simple step-by-step how-to can be given I would appreciate.
