How to perform automatic segmentation and rendering of the heart

Slicer version:slicer 5.0.3
Expected behavior:When I import the dicom file, the software can automatically generate the 3D model of the heart part and render it automatically without any other operation. Is there any available extension at present? How should I learn if I redevelop?
