How to read ultrasound images (2D, cine loops of 2D) generated by GE logiq s8

hi, is there any way for me to view and annotate (i.e. draw lines on) ultrasound images (2D, cine loop of 2D frames, not 3D) using Slicer/extensions/anything else?

This is what the image directory that I exported from the GE logiq s8 scanner looks like.

Iā€™m all set. I was shown how to use the Data module to read each frame as an independent file, which is what I needed.
