Hello,
I am very new to slicer, in fact, I first used it 2days ago. I am currently exploring its functionalities but I would like to know the possibility of doing the following on slicer: I would like to
(i) mark certain points on my 3D scan and compute the Euclidean distance between some of the points and circumferences for some others.
(ii) Export the cartesian coordinates of each of the points, Euclidean distances and circumference to txt or csv file
Thank you
Welcome to Slicer community.
Both of what you want to do is very easily doable with the Markups module of Slicer. Please read the official documentation on Markups module
You may also want to review some of the tutorials we developed for SlicerMorph extension that might be relevant for you (specifically the ones called Markups).
Iām exploring with the matkup and i will check up the tutorial for slicerMorph.
Thank you
