thanks for the help. I went through the link …but i wasnt able to grasp the code part…as u can see i am a doctor with no background in programming n coding …can u please send a link to some tutorial or video explaing the same through the user interface…i need it to calculate lung volumes in patients with spinal deformities

There’s no programming required, but you will need to also learn some of the basics of Slicer usage (see slicer.org)

Hmm, I don’t know myself. It must be documented, maybe in one of the other tutorials for CIP.
