hi,i follow the example of An example: WSS and OSI along a branching vascular district from here:http://www.vmtk.org/tutorials/MappingAndPatching.html,i set params -longitudinalpatchsize 0.5 -circularpatches 12,but the result is strange,the surface have many inanition.can anyone tell me how to fix it?
You may need to smooth and resample the centerline.
