Hi all,
I’m new to both Slicer and the SlicerBiomech and SegmentGeometry extensions. I’m hoping to calculate cortical and medullary area of long bone cross sections, in addition to total area. Does anyone know if this extension is capable of these parameters, and if so, can you help me figure out how to apply them?
