I am working on MRI images from different sources and I want to compare the features.
Is it possible to standardise primary diagnostic features (especially Original Image mean and maximum)? and does it have an effect on overall calculated features?
If yes, how?
I will be grateful if someone could guide me in this with/ without a reference.
