As you suggested that my previous results may be related to bad orientataion of image I included one of the subjects as a template (the guy on the left) - still my mean image looks very strange … this time around I used the procalign image
The best way we could diagnose this problem is by looking at the whole population of SPHARM Meshes in Shape Population Viewer, using the ParaPhi color map.
Can you generate such snapshot so we can have a look?
