Hi,
In earlier posts I have shared work in doing trach tube design from a set of ct scans of a patient with severe scoliosis and kyphosis in a variety of positions, trying to tell the difference between air and tissue, trying to thread the needle and find the design that best works in the majority of positions, always aiming to keep the distal tip surrounded by air whenever possible.
I recently saw articles on MedGemma, any early thoughts on whether or not it might be able to assist with this workflow?
