I used the interactive lobe segmentation module on my CT dataset following the instructions of the tutorial, but it didn’t work. The result looks like the fissures fiducials weren’t used in the process of segmentation. I have the partial label map and the interactive lobe segmentation label map but I don’t know why it didn’t render like in the tutorial.
Could you help me figure out what’s going on please ?
