Dear expert,

There is no PyTomography Extension in 3D Slicer version 5.8.1.

Please help me add it.

That is correct. There is no such extension available through the Slicer extensions manager. Are you thinking about Add SlicerSPECTRecon extension by ObedDzik · Pull Request #2083 · Slicer/ExtensionsIndex · GitHub which is under review?

All Slicer Preview builds since about March 13th have the extension available to install.

But, I type SPECTRecon, no such that appear. What are the keyword?

What version of Slicer are you using? You are using latest Slicer Preview (5.9.0-YYYY-MM-DD)?
