I’ve tried successfully MONAI model for segmenting the arterial pulmonary tree on one of the CT models provided by Slicer. Here are the results (without filtering). Is there a way to clean this segmentation by removing all isolated pieces without using the manual scissor tool?

I think you can use the “islands” tool. And choose “remove small islands” with a Minimum size of pixels for islands.
