Segment statistics-- cannot get the mean and standard deviation

Hi,

I used segment statistics to calculate the mean and standard deviation. However, I only get the Surface area and Volume, would you mind letting me what is going on? Why I cannot get other measurement values, such as mean, standard deviation, etc.

Probably your segmentation does not have labelmap representation. Go to Segmentations module, and in the Representations panel click Create for Binary labelmap. Then try to run Segment Statistics again.
