I am segmenting 7 pairs of structures in ~25 individuals to look at variation in shape of the structures and the system as a whole across individuals. Segmenting is time-consuming obviously and I was wondering if any power users have suggestions for speeding things up. Right now my process is to use a grow from seeds with a lot of manual cleaning up. If it helps, I’ve attached a single image from my scans so you can see the structures. Thanks!
