Slicer display issues - green stripes

Slicer version: 4.10
Expected behavior: Normal slicer window on load
Actual behavior: The display has a whole bunch of green lines going through it horizontally and looks very blurred. Only seem to be affecting Slicer as the other programs are running fine.

Thank you Andras! I was trying to find reasons online, but did not use the correct set of keywords to pull up the post. Appreciate your help in this.
