Hi all,
thank you very much for the SlicerHeart extension!

I was wondering if, in addition to the links on the official github page, there is some additional guide/tutorial on how to use the extension.

That’s the starting point to all documentation. Usually there is a paper that describes the method in details and based on that it should be possible to figure out how to use the corresponding module. But if something is not clear then you can ask here and we’ll amend the documentation accordingly.

Hi Andras,

Thanks for the update! I was wondering if there is any recent or upcoming release plan for SlicerHeart.

I’m especially interested in the VirtualCathLab module — it looks very exciting, and I’d really like to try it out. If there is a preview, experimental build, or any recommended way to experience it, I’d be happy to hear about it.

SlicerHeart is continuously updated. The Virtual Cath Lab module is available in current Slicer releases.

I am currently using 3D Slicer version 5.6.2. I have installed the SlicerHeart extension successfully, but I cannot find the VirtualCathLab module in the module list.

Could you please let me know whether this module is expected to be available in this Slicer/SlicerHeart version, or if there are additional steps required to enable it?

This includes latest Slicer stable 5.10.0 or the latest Slicer Preview 5.11. https://download.slicer.org
