Slicer open .001 .002 files

Make sure you store files in a path that only has ascii characters (English letters and numbers). Are there any error message in the application log?

Anyway, there is no value in storing data in this ancient file format, so if you have access to any computer where you can load these data sets, use that computer to save the data in .nrrd format. You may also recommend CVRG to make the files available in .nrrd format as well.

Yeah, thanks. I load it in another software and than save it as nrrd.

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards,

Yue
