I am trying to access the Slicer DMRI extension in slicer 4.8.1 version, does this extension has different name but with same capability??

Slicer 4.8.1 is quite old at this point, but probably you can find the DMRI extension. We don’t have resources to support older versions though, so probably you are better off using the latest release to preview version.
