Could you send links to papers or websites that describes what you want to compute?
It looks like that the content of this page is randomly generated. Very odd.
This describes multiple energy CT acquisitions. This at least very broadly defines an area of research, so it helps bit, at least tells what kind of spectrum you are talking about.
So, do you have any question for us? Do you have dual-energy (or multiple energy) CT acquisitions and would like to process and visualize them in Slicer?
Yes, you should be able to make such plots. You need to segment these structures in the images (at each energy). I’m not sure how the mg/cm3 values are computed, but you can read up on it and see how trivial the computation is. Getting the statistics and plotting the results should be no problem - you can use Slicer’s Plots module or matplotlib (or any other Python plotting package).
Thanks Dear Lassoan I would be very happy if you could send me a tutorial link to the Slicer’s Plots module or matplotlib because I’m not getting any online documents or tutorials. When I’m searching on https://www.slicer.org/w/index.php/Documentation/4.11/Developers/Plots, Home < Documentation < 4.11 < Developers < Plots. I’m getting this message "There is currently no text in this page. You can search for this page title in other pages, or search the related logs, but you do not have permission to create this page."
Plots module documentation here.
You can find documentation and many examples of the matlplotlib plotting package (one of the most widely used Python packages) by web search.
Dear Lassoan, now I’m exploring this Plot Module, if I have any questions related to this get back to you and thank you so much to guide me .
