Spectral Lung CT. Ventilation and perfusión

Hi I am trying to analyze a lung CT scan I have performed to assess the perfusion ventilation of a patient. I have performed it using a spectral CT.
Is there any way to obtain a perfusion ventilation map using 3D slice?
