@pieper actually i’m working with thoracic aortas. I would like to build a workflow similar to the one in the article for the aorta. Aorta is a bit complicated because I want to segment the main body of the thoracic aorta (ascending, arch and descending) as well as the first piece of the supraortic vessels.
