Subdural electrodes

Hi Slicer team,

Is there anyway the metal contacts of electrode of the ad-tech subdural grid (intracranial EEG) can be automatically labelled on CT as markup points which I can later rename. I have got 156 which will be a hassle to label manually i.e finding each contact electrode and placing control point. Please see pic below. (No coding background) . Will appreciate any help.

I don’t think there’s anything out of the box, but with some coding it could be done. Maybe you can find a collaborator to work with.

Unfortunately not, and currently not planning to work on something related in the near term.
