Hi, I have a whole bunch of PET DICOM data and multiple segmentations of the liver and tumors, etc.
Is there a way to extract the SUVmax, SUVmean, TLG, MTV and save as csv file using python script?
It is not possible to do this by mouse click in Segment Statistics.
