I am having trouble with getting a CT scan exported.
The scan has one splice for X, Y, and Z where it gets the most quality.
To show my problem I used the scan best used on the horizontal plane (It has the most imaging available).
I don’t have an atlas to give to Swiss at the moment (I could look for it but I don’t know what to look for).
To display in 3D I used a segment with only a threshold with Methods between 16.53 and 1742.
Nothing else has been done to edit the data.
(Note: Despite the lower right image, I do not look like the Xenomorph.)
The back of the brain looks almost perfect. Every other visible surface has huge edges that look like what you see on a map to indicate hills. I can use smoothing but it would just blur the details, I want to use the other splices to fill in the details.
Is there anything I could do to solve this?
