The window center and window width cannot be adjusted in Segment editor in 6.11(2020.6.15)

Operating system:windows
Slicer version:6.11(2020.6.10) and 6.11(2020.6.15)
Expected behavior:The window width and center can be adjusted by clicking left mouse button and dragging mouse.
Actual behavior:The window width and center is not changed when I clicked left mouse button and dragged mouse.
