Tools for planning segmentectomy of a lung

@rbumm would you suggest any workflow or slicer extensions for this task?

Segmentation wise, is it possible to separate lobe’s segments individualy with some tools that may or may not be integrated to Slicer already? What about pulmonary arteries and veins?

Thank you for your response , that is right both are really good but i was wondering how to reconstruct the parenchyma of the segements too ?
