Hi, I am working on 3d Slicer to make segmentations of the knee on MR images. The other colleagues work on Mimics. When I export my segmentation as an .stl file and they open it on Mimics, the 3d model is not overlapped to the MRI. The same problem happens when I upload their models on 3d slicer. Are there any tools that can solve this problem? What are they?

Probably Mimics assumes that mesh point coordinates are in LPS coordinates system. To create such an STL file, choose to use LPS coordinate system when you export your segments using “Export to files”.
