I recently saved a segmentation (see image of saved files). When I now try to re-upload the segmentation to Slicer, it appears only as a black screen (see image). Why won’t the segmentations appear? The segmentation is visible, you just need to zoom in quite a bit. If you load the master volume and click “Reset field of view” button in the corner of the slice viewer then you should see both the image and segmentation in the slice viewers, too.
If you still have problems, please send the segmentation file (upload to dropbox/onedrive/gdrive and send the link) or at least send the application log (menu: Help / Report a bug) of a failed loading. Thank you!
