I have a question regarding volumen rendering
I dont know how I can create a good stl file with just the face of the baby, I used ROI but still conserve the cubic form…
then I Went to segment editor and try to use scissors, and nothing change…
I am brand new on this… could someone kindly help me.??

The file you got is just a volume rendering screen capture video. Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve a 3D volume from this. (In theory, using computer vision techniques you can reconstruct a 3D shape from a rotational video, but this would be quite hard and not in the scope of what 3D Slicer does.)
Thank you so much!! I really thank you so deeply i was scare i wasnt cappable to do this correct… but basically what you saying is this is a incorrect file to do a 3d shape
