This category is for submitting ideas about what enhancements or new features should be added to 3D Slicer. Make your voice heard by voting on feature requests - by opening the topic and clicking the Vote button or by creating a new topics. Slicer developers will make it a priority to work on feature requests that have more votes.
The actual number of votes a forum member can place depends on the “trust level”, which is gradually increased as someone spends time on the forum (reading, asking, or answering questions). Once a feature request is implemented, the corresponding topic gets closed and votes are returned to the forum members.
Previously (before voting on topics became available in the Slicer Forum), users could “vote” on issues/feature requests by placing a “thumbs-up” reaction to the issue description on GitHub. This mechanism is replaced by voting on topics here.
