Good Day All,
I have been working on a study of the femur with a set of scans that have been split across two DICOM series. See below image for reference.
I intend to reconstruct the femur with the inferior condyle for the purposes of my research. I planned on using the add scalar volumes tool in order to create a single volume to segment the regions of interest, but have not had much luck. I created two regions of interest and used the Crop Volume tool on each series as shown below:
However, whenever I attempt to user the Add Scalar Volumes tool it will only produce the following result, which is just Input Volume 1 that is chosen in the tool menu.
I have attempted using the Add Scalar Volumes tool across multiple Slicer versions (5.4.0 and 5.11.0) and have found no success with the tool. I can confirm that both of the volumes are of Type Scalar. I haven’t found any threads reporting this issue, and thus am writing this support thread to see if anyone might have a solution to fix this issue.
If anyone has any advice or has encountered this issue as well and found a way to overcome it I would greatly appreciate their input. Thank you for your time.
