Brachial plexus and subclavian vessel segmentation

Hello everyone,

I’m working on a surgical planning project for thoracic outlet syndrome. Is anyone segmenting peripheral nerve structures from MRI in 3D Slicer?

I need to segment the brachial plexus and the subclavian vessels.

Bets
