Cant download slicer extensions manually

I’m trying to download MatlabBridge manually by following instruction by this link:
https://www.slicer.org/wiki/Documentation/4.8/SlicerApplication/ExtensionsManager

And the problem is that i cant open this site, to get MatLab Extension by my revision:
https://slicer.kitware.com/midas3/slicerappstore

Thanks for the note. I just asked the system administrator to restart the system.

Also, we are currently working on a new infrastructure and it should be deployed in the next few weeks
