Hi, I am trying to use 3D slicer to generate 3D models for CFD. I need to create flat ends to serve as inlets and outlets. In my current model, Clip vessel module is generating non-flat ends with ridges and need help solving the issue. Thanks!
As far as I can see, ClipVessels module does boolean operations internally. For that you can also use mesh boolean operations with CombineModels module of Sandbox extension. Do a difference operation against a box and you’ll get flat ends
