Converting 3D slicer obtained information into an oriented bounding box in Python (using simpleitk/vtk etc)

Greetings,

I have exported statistical values as below into a CSV file of the CT Liver Segmentation. I wish to convert this information into a bounding box for organs by loading on Python externally in Jupyter/Google Colab. How can I do so?
