Hi everyone, I am trying to make dicom series from jpg images, I know how to do it with 3dslicer but as it is shown below, sagittal and coronal views are not as same as axial views,I think something is wrong with image reconstruction in these views any ideas how can I fix this?
Image orientation is just one issue (you could fix that by applying appropriate transforms using Transforms module), but JPG does not support more than 8 bits of bit depth, so it is not usable for storing CT images.
Everything should work well if you load the DICOM images directly into Slicer.
