CTK and SLICER Warnings while building SlicerCustomApp Templete, then after it its creating error after modification

Hello Developer,

I am getting CTK and SLICER warnings while BUILD_ALL in custom slicer build process.
I have installed following software as mentioned in the https://slicer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developer_guide/build_instructions/windows.html#

WINDOWS 10 OS
CMAKE : version=3.18.2
GIT : version=2.33.0
NSIS : version=3.08
QT : version=5.15.0
VISUAL STUDIO : version = 2019 community edition

I am very new to this please kindly help me out.
