When you say “platform” do you mean is slicer a good choice to build on, or do you mean you are looking for developers who can help you? It could help if you provided a bit more detail on what kind of custom application you have in mind. Lots of people build on Slicer because a number of tricky engineering problems are already worked out while you have a lot of freedom in terms of customization. Plus a lot of developers (and AI helpers) already know Slicer pretty well.
