Every time I attempt to make on ROI and then crop volume, once I hit apply, all the CT data disappears. It’s not just the data outside the ROI (that would make sense), it is the entire scan. I’ve tried to troubleshoot by switching GPU to CPU, and I’ve ensured that all the appropriate “eye” icons are clicked on. This is extra confusing because I have successfuly done this on other scans with no issue. I am looking to narrow focus on the radius and ulna, but if there is another way to simply magnify them on the screen rather than cropping, I am open to trying that.
Please make sure you’re using the latest Slicer (5.10). If you still have an issue please post a video about what does not work and what do you try to fix it.
