Design bone flap for skull

You can register a similar patient’s skull with deformable image registration, or create a flap from scratch using Baffle planner module (provided by SlicerHear extension):

A new Baffle planner module has been added in SlicerHeart extension that can be generally used whenever a smooth surface patch needed that conforms to pre-existing anatomical boundary.
