Elastix extension was installed successfully but cannot find in the modules file.

Uninstall and reinstall the extension. Make sure to wait for “Restart” button in the extension manager and click that (not the “Close” button"). If Restart button is enabled then it indicates that download and installation of the extension is complete.

Thx, I did it several times as you said, but it still didn’t work. But other extension modules seems good.

I’ve just tested this with latest nightly on Windows10 and “General registration (Elastix)” shows up correctly after installation.
