Error during voxel based registration

Hello 3d slicer forum, I have a problem that I hope someone can help me with.

I am trying to do a growing voxel based registration based on the cranial base on a patient ( I am using the CMF registration extension ).

So I load both the fixed scans and the segmentations of of the scans, the files all load correctly and the registration seems like it is running smoothly until a pop up that says “completed with errors” comes up and describes a growing registration error.

Is anyone familiar with this error? I cant figure out what I am doing wrong.

I had this error but it was gone once I used another computer with higher specs.
