If you work with structural or diffusion MRI data, you’re probably already familiar with the range of software packages used for processing and analysis.
On Tuesday, August 18th, from 12:00pm - 1:00pm ET, Kitware’s Medical Computing team will be hosting “kwneuro: An Open Source Structural and Diffusion Neuroimaging Toolkit”, a free webinar demonstrating kwneuro, a new open-source, Python-based toolkit designed to make structural and diffusion neuroimaging workflows easier to build, run, and extend.
The webinar will focus on bringing many commonly used neuroimaging methods together into a more streamlined Python-based workflow. During the webinar, experts from Kitware will cover:
- An overview of kwneuro’s structural and diffusion MRI capabilities
- How to install and use the toolkit in both Python and 3D Slicer
- A real-world research use case
- Ways researchers and developers can extend the toolkit and contribute to the project
Whether you’re using large diffusion MRI datasets, developing Python-based neuroimaging workflows, or looking for a streamlined approach to standard analyses, you can learn more and register for the webinar here: kwneuro: An Open Source Structural and Diffusion Neuroimaging Toolkit.
