Thanks a lot to provide this awesome tool for free.
But there are some issues as to segentation.
When I paint each three spot just like the same way as he did
It doesnt work at all…
I’m still struggling facial artery lol
I’ve already done before as you suggested but it was…again…not work and takes a tons of time from me haha 
please help me!
and also, local threshold does not working when I ctrl + click in tiny eclipse (artery)
I unchecked editable intesity range
and I didn’t do any auto- something when I use grow from seeds.
It works very well the last day with exact the same method!
