How to install Fast growcut extension in version4.11

Slicer version: Slicer 4.11

Hi Everyone,

I’d like to know how to install Fast growcut extension. I can not fine it in extension manager.

Since Slicer-4.8, Growcut is now available in Segment Editor module as “Grow from seeds” effect.
